His excellence wasn’t short-lived; he maintained a remarkable streak as a top-performing salesman for seven consecutive years.

Recognizing his natural talent in both sales and customer service, Mr. Doe took it upon himself to continually invest in his personal and professional growth. He enrolled in advanced-level sales training programs, including becoming a dedicated member of Grant Cardone University, along with other prestigious training platforms. His commitment to excellence goes beyond sales techniques—it extends to personal development, mental strength, and physical presentation.

Raised by two inspiring parents, Mr. and Mrs. Doe, Rashad inherited a powerful work ethic from his father and a deep sense of purpose from his mother. His mother, a sales trainer and accounting business owner for over four decades, also built a successful real estate business through relationship-building and community engagement. As a Jehovah’s Witness and pioneer for over 35 years, she modeled grace, compassion, and service. Rashad, out of her six children, was often by her side as she offered free Bible literature and Bible studies to the community—an early example of how he learned the value of giving back.

Today, Mr. Rashad Doe is on a mission to restore hope and unity in his community. He is especially focused on uplifting both young and older men and women whose lives have been impacted by negative influences and a lack of love. He believes the community is suffering from a mental and emotional depression—and that healing begins with unity.
